What to include

Anything about approvals: an estate, a body corporate or a landlord who has to approve the outdoor unit.

What happens next

The contractor contacts you directly, asks any questions and arranges a look at the room or the unit if one is needed. They quote you directly, and you decide whether to go ahead. Ask them how the unit was sized and what warranty they offer.
